We will exchange products within 30 days of purchase, but are not able to give refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have an issue with delivery or the product, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly address it on a case-by-base basis.
Shipping, Deliveries, and Pickups
Orders are shipped within two business days. You should receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.
Reducing waste, especially single-use plastic, is one of our company’s core values, so we try to reflect that in all our business operations. As much as possible, we reuse packaging we receive from our vendors (and elsewhere) for packing and shipping orders. So if you see plastic pillow packs or bubble wrap, rest assured that it was not purchased; we are trying to give the plastic at least one more use before it’s discarded. We hope you can, too, can reuse the packaging that comes to you.
Deliveries and Local Pickup

Local pickup is currently available at three locations:
- Ward Centre (1200 Ala Moana Blvd. #405, Honolulu, HI 96814). Our pop-up shop is located in the store Pili Pacific. Drive through service also available.
- Lōkahi Kailua Market (340 Uluniu St., Kailua, HI 96734 or 25 Maluniu St., Kailua, HI 96734). We have a booth on Sunday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm. Use code 96734 to waive postage if you’re going to pick up at the market.
- Drive-though at Waiwai Collective (1110 University Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96822) on Thursdays and Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. Use code WAIWAI to waive postage if you pickup there.
