Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within two business days. You should receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey.

Reducing waste, especially single-use plastic, is one of our company’s core values, so we try to reflect that in all our business operations. As much as possible, we reuse packaging we receive from our vendors (and elsewhere) for packing and shipping orders. So if you see plastic pillow packs or bubble wrap, rest assured that it was not purchased; we are trying to give the plastic at least one more use before it’s discarded. We hope you can, too, can reuse the packaging that comes to you.
